SIGNIFIKANT EFFECTS

The various components of the E-nect system lead to a physical refinement of the materials within the engine. The oxidation process, i.e. the donation of electrons, is retarded within the material by means of chain reactions. This leads to a reduction in material fatigue under thermal and mechanical load.

 

The oscillation behavior (vibration behavior) of the material is more homogeneous. Composite materials made up of different materials have an increased tendency to vibrate

 

 

in resonance. This process results in a refinement of the materials. The refinement improves tribology and reduces friction losses which thus leads to a higher degree of efficiency of the power unit.

 

We increase the average efficiency of combustion engines, which have an efficiency of 30—40%, by 1—4,3%! Hence, the combustion process is more efficient which, in turn, leads to considerable fuel savings.
